For the Month of March, 2019, I am honored to be showing 53 of my paintings in the Gallery Hall of Westminster-Canterbury in Lancaster, Virginia. I was able to borrow back some of my older artworks so this became a retrospective of sorts. You can see paintings from my most recent series of acrylic paintings called "Trails and Trees" along with some older watercolors I painted on location over 20 years ago. Also represented is my "Beautiful on the Edges, The Beaches os St Thomas" series by three paintings I shipped back here after my nine years living in the United States Virgin Islands. Also of interest are some of my oil paintings of Carder Rock, Maryland from my MFA "Sense of Place" thesis for The George Washington University back in 2004. There are other plein air paintings, including six oils from from an even earlier trip to Joshua Tree National Park. If you enjoy nature as much as I do, you don't want to miss this show. Many of my paintings are sale. If you would like to learn more about the Westminster-Canterbury community you can look here. Their gallery is open from 9-5 every day.
